Privacy policy
Last updated 7 June 2026. We never sell your health data — here's exactly how we handle your information.
Our commitment
Cybiqon AI Solutions builds VitaLoop, a kidney-care companion that handles protected health information (PHI). We treat that responsibility seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
We never sell your health data. We do not use your health data for advertising.
Information we collect
Waitlist information: when you join the VitaLoop waitlist we collect your email address, and optionally your name and role (patient, caregiver, clinician). We use this only to contact you about VitaLoop.
In-app health information (for VitaLoop users): the data you choose to log — such as food entries, fluid and weight, lab results, dialysis sessions, medications and symptoms. This is yours.
Basic usage and device information needed to operate the service and keep it reliable, and anonymous analytics on this website (Google Analytics).
How we use information
To provide the service: scoring foods against your CKD stage, tracking your loop, and surfacing relevant nudges.
To communicate with you about the waitlist, early access and important changes.
To improve reliability and safety. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or health information.
Caregivers
If you choose to share with a caregiver, they receive a limited digest — never your full raw records. You control what is shared and can revoke access.
How we protect your data
Security is built in at every layer: server-side ownership checks, input sanitization, and access rules designed around the patient. Access to production data is restricted to what's necessary to operate the service.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable period.
